    Fred Fisher received both his undergraduate and Juris Doctorate degrees from Temple University in Philadelphia. In 1982, Fred Fisher was admitted to practice law in all of the courts in the state of New York State; a year later, he became eligible to practice law in the U.S. Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York State. Furthermore, Fred Fisher has been admitted to the bar of the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He has also been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in Washington, DC. Since then, Fred Fisher has devoted his practice to DWI, DUI, criminal defense, and traffic defense. He has helped individuals from Long Island, Suffolk County, Southampton, and throughout New York ensure that their rights are protected and their freedom is preserved.
